Chef Rajesh Godiyal

Chef Rajesh Godiyal, originally from India, brings over two decades of culinary experience and passion to our kitchen. Since beginning his professional journey in 2000, he has built an impressive international career shaped by dedication, creativity, and a deep love for exceptional food.

His culinary path has taken him across vibrant food destinations including Thailand, Singapore, and Moscow, where he refined his techniques and gained inspiration from diverse global cuisines. These experiences helped shape his elegant and balanced approach to modern dining.

After moving to Ireland, Chef Rajesh worked in well-known establishments such as Pickle Restaurant in Dublin and Mantra Restaurant in Cork, where he continued to develop his reputation for delivering authentic flavors with a refined touch.

Rooted in the rich heritage of Indian cuisine, Chef Rajesh combines traditional spices and time-honoured cooking techniques with a contemporary fine-dining style. Today, he leads our kitchen with passion and precision, creating memorable dishes that celebrate both tradition and global inspiration.

This little gem is simply the very best Indian food ANYWHERE IN TOWN. Nowhere can beat it. Staff are brilliant, polite and helpful. Prices perfect and the food over my ten or more visits in the last six months has simply been sensational… the quality of their chicken and lamb (especially) dishes is simply the very best I have ever tasted…
